What is high-ticket closing?
High-ticket closing is the part of the sales process where a trained salesperson, the closer, speaks with a prospective customer who is considering a higher-priced product or service. Think coaching programmes, courses, consultancy or premium services.
A good closer isn’t there to pressure anyone. Their job is to understand what the person wants, help them weigh up whether the offer is genuinely right for them and guide them to a clear, informed decision. Much of this work now happens remotely, over video calls.
